Hi friends! Today I am sharing another post that fits into the fall fashion category over three pairs of FALL BOOTIES that are a must-have this season!!
When it comes to shoes in general, I am someone who definitely gets my wear out of the shoes I purchase. Some people will buy a pair of shoes, wear them a few times, and then re-sell them or get rid of them in a closet clean-out or something… Yeah, that’s not me. I LOVE shoes. I like to think of myself as the Carrie Bradshaw of Houston, TX. My own little version of Manhattan, except with a whole lot more heat and humidity, and a whole lot less fame! I love strutting up and down the streets in my newest shoe finds and coming home to put them back in their place on their shelf. I think shoes can have their own personalities – bold, subtle, sassy, classy – and I love getting to explore all the different personalities of different types of shoes!
Bottom line, when I buy a pair of shoes, I BUY A PAIR OF SHOES. I keep them, wear them, take them out to dinner, the works. So the other day, when I was looking to pick out a pair of shoes to wear to go to dinner with Jordan and my family, I noticed myself looking through my collection of booties. I usually like to wear either boots or booties for fall to go with my outfits since they are staples in fall fashion, and I realized I had quite a few pairs of both! So I wanted to share with you guys the three fall booties I have found myself wearing the most this season so you guys can get a good idea in case you are looking to build up your shoe shrine as well! 😉
*Note: At this time, all of these booties are under $100 since they are on sale!*
Vince Camuto Movinta Bootie
I bought these booties during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year on sale and the good news is, they are on sale AGAIN for the same price I paid during the NSale!! I love these booties because the color and style is extremely versatile. I can wear them with my pant legs tucked into them or rolled up, or I can choose to throw on a dress and a cardigan and wear these to top off the look. I have had the chance to wear them so many times this season already, and I can’t wait to wear them throughout the rest of the cold months! They have a few different color options to choose from; I chose the Foxy Suede color. 😉
Vince Camuto Kentvi Sandal
When the peep-toe bootie craze first started, I wasn’t first to jump on board. I mean, you wear boots to keep you warm right?! It wasn’t until after I got my first pair a few years ago from Shoe Envy for $16.99 that I fell in love with peep-toe booties!! They were so cute, with fringe on the sides and a little peep-toe in the front. I wore them (no exaggeration) until the soles were almost worn through, the strap around the back was about to fall apart in half, and there were spots all over them from the years. I hated to get rid of them since I had yet to find a pair of peep-toe booties I liked as much as those, until I came across these a couple months ago! I saw them, and knew I immediately had to have them. They are too cute with the Grey-Stone color (I think this is one of THE PRETTIEST colors for boots) and wood block heel! (Plus they’re 33% off right now!) Now, I love these even more than I did my previous pair, plus these are way better quality so I know they will last me for years to come!
Steve Madden Lancaster Bootie
The last pair of booties I want to share with you guys is this pair of Cognac Suede colored booties by Steve Madden. I was looking for a good pair of cognac-colored booties a few weeks ago and came across these on Nordstrom’s website (love Nordy!!) They were super cute, looked like they were of good quality (Steve Madden shoes are some of my favorite, they hold up SO well) and they were an arm and a leg cheaper than 90% of the other booties I found that were a high-quality cognac suede. They also have a low block heel, so they’re great to wear if you plan on walking around a lot or want to be comfy in a lower-heel!
I hope you guys get a chance to check out these cute and affordable fall booties! Booties are one of my favorite things to wear in fall and winter, because they keep my feet warm and go with so many different outfits. I think they really help to add a fall aspect to a look and are great shoes in general to have when these cooler months roll around!
Thanks for reading friends! With love, Xx
