9 Wedding Guest Dresses for Fall and Winter

Hi friends and happy Friday Eve! It’s been a LONGGG week so I am more than ready for the weekend coming up. Who else is feeling that?? But first, today I wanted to share about a topic that seems to be pretty popular around this time… wedding guest dresses! I’ve read so many messages and posts about wedding guest dresses and people asking what to wear if they’re attending a wedding around this time. I wanted to share some of my favorite finds for wedding guest dresses and some great and affordable places where you can find them.

For fall and winter weddings, I love to wear long dresses, just because I feel like they go well with colder weather. If I do wear a short dress, I’ll typically pair it with a big, thick coat to make it look more suited for the cold weather. However, honestly the weather in Texas stays warm through mid-December so you might not even need a thick coat for the weather, depending on when/where your event is haha.

I also always tend to wear closed-toed shoes to fall/winter weddings. Is it just me or do open-toed shoes just seem more spring/summery? Normally if the weather is cooler, I’ll tend to spring for a pair of closed-toed pumps if I’m headed out to an event.

Here are the types of shoes I normally like to wear for fall and winter weddings! Like I mentioned, I normally wear closed-toed shoes for cooler weather events just because I feel like open-toe shoes are more suited for spring/summer time.
