August Monthly Favorites

Hi friends! Today is the first Thursday in September, and you know what that means…Monthly Favorites!

Today I’ll be sharing the Monthly Favorites from the month of August and letting you guys know what were the top 5 selling things from Chaos and Coffee this past month. I’ll explain a little bit about each product itself under the picture, but please feel free to comment with any questions you may have about any of the items! Belt Buckle Fedora Hat

This has been one of my most-worn purchases from this past month! I absolutely love everything about this hat, from the style to the quality. It’s only $16 on Amazon Prime, but it has held up so well and honestly looks like a hat you would buy at Nordstrom (except it’s a fraction of the price!) It also comes in 16 different colors, so you can make sure you find the color you want. I purchased the Camel color (shown here), and I’m also planning on purchasing the Black and Coffee colors to get me through this fall season!

 

Short Sleeve Split Maxi Dress

This maxi was such a popular purchase and I can honestly see why! It’s cute and stylish, while also managing to be a dress you can wear to multiple occasions. I would wear this to work dressed with flats and a cardigan, or on the weekends, tied up in the front on one side, with flip flops and a denim jacket (for fall!) I shared this as one of the Amazon Prime finds a couple months ago and everyone still seemed to love it even this past month! This army green color is only $23 on Amazon Prime and has incredible reviews. I just purchased it myself and absolutely love it! Plus it comes in over 20 different colors and patterns so you have a ton of options to make sure you get what you want.

 

Lay-n-Go Cosmetic Bag

Okay this has been a product I’ve actually used for MONTHS. It’s a makeup case/cosmetic bag that spreads out when you open it and cinches up when you go to close it and pack it up. It makes it super easy to see everything you have in your makeup bag so you don’t waste time searching around and dumping everything out (ladies, we’ve all been there… I know, trust me) just to find that one product we want. This makes it so easy to see everything you have in your makeup bag when trying to apply your makeup and then makes it even easier to cinch up the bag and pack all of your makeup to go. It’s another Amazon Prime find for only $26 and believe me when I say it is worth EVERY. CENT. I even convinced my mom to try it out and she has admitted she will never go back to a normal makeup bag!

 

Large Flower Stud Earrings

I was SO excited to see that these were a top-selling item from this past month but unfortunately now, they are sold out! I found a couple similar pairs of gold flower earrings for those who are still interested, that are super similar and just as adorable as these! Here are a few of the similar pairs I found:

1) If you’re wanting to purchase a pair from the same retailer (Revolve) that are still flower stud earrings, but just a different color, I would check out these Flower Stud SHASHI Earrings that are a gorgeous maroon color and would be perfect to pair an outfit with for fall.

2) Another option that is closer to the Gold color in the original pair shared above are these Delicate Thought Apricot Flower Earrings from Red Dress Boutique that are CRAZY final sale right now for only $9! I actually have these exact same earrings in the black color and they have held up so well! I love how they look and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on them.

3) The last option are these Classic Flower Button Earrings by Oscar de la Renta. These are sold at Nordstrom and are a little more pricey than the other options, but they are most similar to the original ones if you’re wanting a pair like the original.

 

Square Neck Short Sleeve Bodysuit

The last top selling item from last month is this black, square-neck bodysuit from Amazon. I actually did an entire post last month showcasing this bodysuit and 3 different ways to style it for the fall season. It’s only $15 so it’s super affordable and a great quality piece to add to your closet. It’s also a thicker material so it’s especially good to wear during the fall months.
