Happy Thursday lovelies! I hope everyone’s week has been a good one so far. My apologies for not having had a post come out sooner this week, like my original plan was. Just to catch you up in case you didn’t see already on my Instagram stories from this past weekend, Jordan and I both tested positive for COVID this past weekend. I was hoping to get back into a better schedule this week with writing on here, but instead, I’ve honestly just been resting around the house and doing fun little activities to try to pass the time.
The other day, I was on Pinterest (isn’t that how all great ideas start hahah) and I came across some fun DIY recipes, one of which was for some DIY bath bombs. After reading through some different recipes for them, I decided to go on Amazon and order some circle molds to try and make my own DIY bath bombs.
So here’s how I did it!
So there you have it! Overall, although I made a mess making these, I still had a fun time and it was something that helped me pass the time for a day in quarantine haha. So I would say that qualifies as a success! In case you were wondering what kind of essential oils I used, I decided to make these using lavender essential oils. The kind we buy are actually currently on sale for over 35% off through Amazon Prime!
If you get to try out making these DIY bath bombs for yourself, feel free to tag me on Instagram @chaosandcoffeeblog so I can share you to my Instagram stories! I love getting to see when you guys try out things I share. ๐
If you missed my post from last week, “My New Year’s Blogging Goals for 2021“, make sure to check it out and let me know what you think of my goals for this year for Chaos and Coffee.
Thanks for reading friends! I hope everyone has a great rest of their Thursday and a great start to their weekend tomorrow! Xx.
This is so cool! I should totally try to make these boots would make a cute gift for VDay too!
OMG I am totally trying this out! I never thought to make my own bath bombs but this sounds like such a fun DIY project!

I love a good beauty DIY, especially because you control the ingredients. May have to try these! xoxo, Sarah
How fun! I had a friend who made me some bath fizzies a few years ago for Christmas and they were awesome. I’ve yet to try them myself, but maybe that’s something I’ll need to test out soon. I’m certainly intrigued!
These look like so much fun to make! I never knew these could be handmade, but it makes sense now that you mention it, haha. I think I’ll try to make these with my nieces (assuming I ever get to see them again if the pandemic ends ๐ ), they’d love making these! Thanks so much for the awesome DIY guide!
I have always wanted to make DIY bath bombs. Thanks for sharing!
xoxo
