Happy Monday friends! I can’t believe it’s the week of Christmas! I feel like we’ve prepped and I’ve written about it for so long on here in anticipation and now we are only a few days away. CRAZY how fast the last couple of months have gone by when the beginning and middle of this year seemed to CREEP by at a snail’s speed haha.
Anyways, like I said, we are only a few days away from Christmas however, today is also special because it is officially the first day of WINTER!! Isn’t that strange?? I always equate winter starting at the beginning of December, but I guess it technically doesn’t start until December 21st. STRANGE, these 30-degree nights we’ve been having here have sure felt like winter to me! Not that I’m complaining though, I really do love the cold weather, I always feel so giddy and happy when I wake up all snuggly in bed with the heater going hehe. Bring on the [official] winter!!
So since it’s now officially winter, I wanted to share a post with you guys that addresses something most of us have to deal with during the winter months… Dry skin. My skin on my face is very sensitive and always gets SUPER dry, especially during the cold weather months. I like to try to do face masks at least once a week or once every other week during the winter that are aimed at hydrating my skin and keeping it moisturized.
- Que Bella Relaxing Lavender Mud Face Mask, Target
- Clean Eye Mask by Sephora Collection, Sephora
- Jet Lag Mask by Summer Fridays, Sephora
- Rose Face Mask by Sephora Collection, Sephora
- Lip Butter Balm by Summer Fridays, Sephora
- Que Bella Professional Ultra Hydrating Birch Leaf Water Moisture Face Mask, Target
- Drink Up-Intensive Overnight Mask by Origins, Ulta
- Aloe Vera Face Mask by Sephora Collection, Sephora
I hope you get to try out some of these face masks for dry skin, especially since it’s OFFICIALLY winter now! These next couple months, I plan to do all I can to pump my skin full of moisture and hydration to avoid dry, flaky skin.
Have you tried any of these face masks before?? If so, which is your favorite?
